Parts Room Clerk

Check parts in and out to maintenance team, maintain parts inventory, stock inventory, correctly fill out requisitions, look up part numbers, price checks, paperwork and filing. General housekeeping will be required.

High School diploma or equivalent. Excellent computer skills. Good working knowledge of tools, good communication and customer service skills. Self motivated and able to work with little or no supervision. Must be very organized, able to multi-task and good with numbers.

Wed. 5:00pm-11:00pm Thur., Fri. & Sat. 5:00pm-5:00am

Plant Production

Evisceration Superintendent

Maintain production following USDA standards, work closely with supervisors to keep line running smoothly, other duties as assigned.

8 year minimum experience in evisceration production work, verifiable working references necessary, supervision experience required.

2nd Shift

Human Resources-Training

Plant Trainer-Evisceration

Train new hires and current employees on job skills, company policies, and plant procedures. Help new hire adjust to the work force. Review job performance of trainees. Assist plant management in maintaining efficient line production.

Proficient in evisceration line job skills. Excellent verbal communication skills. Bi-lingual in Spanish. Must be dependable, cooperative, have initiative and patience.

Days: 5:00am-2:00 pm

General mechanical and electrical maintenance, other duties as assigned.

Mechanical and electrical maintenance with computerized controls experience, welding, must have good mechanical apptitude, able to read and follow instructions, able to work alone.
